Vladimir Noel
Founder & Creative Visionary | Golden LVL Renovations
Vladimir’s passion for craftsmanship began in Miami, where he learned tilework, flooring, painting, and framing from his father. With a background in art and design, he later moved to California, creating large-scale murals while refining his renovation skills throughout Los Angeles and Long Beach.
Combining his artistic vision with technical expertise, Vladimir founded Golden LVL Renovations to transform ordinary spaces into functional works of art. From custom bars to stunning accent and entertainment walls, he believes every project deserves creativity, precision, and pride in every detail.
